Parsley #1 Cemetery
Sharp County,

View of cemetery, looking east from entrance.
While still in use today, Parsley Cemetery is a very old cemetery, witnessed by a large area of very old inscribed, but illegible stones -- standing in honor of the many unknown Parsley family and community members interred in this very special place.

Based on information received 01 Sep 2008 from Dee Dee Rypka, the unmarked graves of Enoch Hensley (b. 04 Nov 1777; d. 14 Mar 1859) and his wife, Sarah Boling Hensley (b. 13 July 1786; d. 19 Feb 1860), rest in this cemetery.
