Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Willett, 68, who was murdered Wednesday morning near her home, some 10 miles west of El Dorado, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Lisbon Methodist Church with the Rev. James Robkin officiating, assisted by the Rev. Oscar A. Haire. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery under the direction of Rumph Mortuary. Mrs. Willett's nephews, Francis Peace, George E. Murphy, George Grant Trull, Dan Brown, Jimmy Jameson, and the Rev. Bruce Murphy, will serve as pallbearers. The body will be taken to the church at noon Friday. Born at Lisbon, Feb. 16, 1896, the daughter of George and Etta Watts Yocum. Mrs. Willett was Miss Annie Yocum before her marriage. She was a lifelong resident of the Lisbon community and teacher of the adult Bible class in the Lisbon Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Frank Willett; a son, Buford Willett of El Dorado; a daughter, Mrs. Don Huenfeld of Gregory; two brothers, Donald Yocum and Raymond Yocum, both of El Dorado; three sisters, Mrs. E. P. Trull of El Dorado, Mrs. Elmer Murphy of Smackover and Mrs. Jim Peace of Magnolia; and five grandchildren. (The El Dorado Times - July 21, 1964)
