Patricia ''Pat'' Ruth Hext, 80, of Conway, passed away on March 8, 2022 with family by her side. She was born October 18, 1941 to the late Ray and Mary McNutt in Russellville, AR. Pat graduated from Conway High School and received her Bachelor's Degree at UCA. In 1963 she met the love of her life Gordon H. Hext and they married in 1965, going on to have three children, John, Amy and Jenny. Pat was a dedicated wife first and foremost. She also treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as ''MeMe''.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, son, John Hext, daughter, Amy Hext and brother, Paul McNutt.
She is survived by husband of 56 years, Gordon H. Hext, daughter, Jenny (Wesley) Cameron, daughter-in-law, Shannon Hext, grandchildren, Madison, Amelia, and Knox, brothers, Ed (Mary Sue) McNutt, Mark McNutt, Chris (Jane) McNutt, Tom (Karen) McNutt, sisters, Nina (Steve) Floyd and Mandi (Berny) Thines and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the University Church of Christ in Conway, Arkansas Missionary Fund.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 6:00-8:00PM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral Service will begin at 10:00AM Friday, March 11, 2022 at University Church of Christ in Conway with a Private Burial following.
