Loved ones that cleared the path for Barbara were her father and mother, Ross and Mildred Atkinson, sister, Margaret Bogan, husband William B. Savage Jr., and son, William Ross Savage.
Loved ones that survive Barbara are her daughter, Sandy Savage and her partner, Keith of Sante Fe, her son Eric Savage and wife Stacie of Alma, her granddaughters, Alex Caldwell and husband Kyle of Denver, and Micah Savage of Boston. Her grandson, Cory Savage resides in Fort Smith. She also leaves to live, her sister Marsha Langdon and husband Les of Frankston, Texas and brother Ross “Butch” Atkinson of Livingston, Texas.
