Mary Louise Pratt Brooks, 83, passed from this world Friday, July 29th surrounded by her loved ones. She was born Dec. 3rd, 1934 to the late Raymond Floyd Pratt and Ethel Nancy Kemp in Paulding, Ohio. She is survived by her children; Michael Raymond Brooks (Theresa), Anthony James Brooks (Jennifer), Jeffrey Lee Brooks (Kathy), Peggy Jo Schwabenland (Jim), and Patrick David Brooks (Robin). She is also survived by her grandchildren; John Brooks (Kristen), Pamela Panepinto (Peter), James Brooks (Kyle), Sara Cambre (Charles), Joshua Brooks (Megan), Liz Kondik (Drew), Hunter Brooks (Rebecca), Joshua Bryant (Tonya), Tabitha Weaver, Emily and Blanche Schwabenland, Mario Ruffino, Wesley Brooks (Stephanie), Robert Brooks, Cody Brooks, and 20 great-grandchildren.

Mary was a cheerleader in high school and she carried that spirit with her throughout her life. She made it a point to try and attend everything her children were involved in to cheer them on. She loved to bowl, play bingo, solitaire and would, on occasion, travel to the casino to play the penny slots. She dedicated her life to her family and loved each and every one of them dearly. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Conway, Arkansas and enjoyed breakfast at Bob's Grill before mass on Sundays. She enjoyed her daily trips to the Conway Senior Center where she would have lunch with friends. A memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, July 21st at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Conway, Arkansas. The family deeply appreciates the loving care Mary received from Baptist Health in Conway and Salem Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Raymond Earl Brooks, 77, of Conway, died Sunday, December 9, 2007.

He was born November 5, 1930 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Jasper Earl Brooks and Lois Maxine Lamb Brooks.

He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, American Legion and a Navy veteran.

He was a retired tool and die maker.

Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Mary Brooks of Conway; children, Michael Raymond Brooks and wife Bianca of Slidell, LA, Anthony James Brooks and wife Jennifer of Macomb Township, MI; Jeffery Lee Brooks and wife Kathy of Conway, Peggy Jo Brooks Schwabenland and husband Jim of Houston, TX, Patrick David Brooks and wife Robin of Conway; 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Zeunik of Indianapolis, IN

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 21, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Joseph Nguyen C.S.Sp. as celebrant.

Memorials may be to St. Joseph School Endowment, P.O. Box 1709, Conway, AR 72033 or American Diabetes Association.
