Rose D'Anna Bartlett, 91, passed away September 9, 2012. Born in Trabia, Sicily to Sam and Mary Formosa D'Anna, she was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church.
Rose was a beautiful, active woman who worked as a bookkeeper into her 80s. She loved to garden, travel with her husband, Kenneth, take bus trips with her friends from Holy Souls and enjoy life. Her pride and joy were her two daughters.
Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Reed Bartlett, she is survived by her daughters, Diana Bartlett (John Milton) of Claremont, California and Rosemarye Bartlett of Haslet, Texas; brother, Anthony D'Anna of Monroe, Louisiana; and eight nieces and nephews.
A Rosary Service will be held on Sunday, September 23 at 7:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Patrick Watikha at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 24 at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church.
