Vivian Hardin Marks, 76, of Camden died Friday, March 2, 2012 in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hot Springs. She was a member of Elliott Baptist Church and was employed for many years at the Book and Frame Shop in Camden. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresia Earline Marks and her parents, Earl and Rena Jones Hardin.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Earmon Marks of Camden, 2 daughters, Katrina Marks Vercher of Lake City, FL and Shelly Marks Burgess and husband Ronnie of Magnolia, AR, a sister, Isabell Brian of Camden, 4 grandchildren, Nicholas A. Vercher and wife Amanda of Lake City, FL, Chad Vercher of Lake City, FL, Heather N. Caldwell and husband John of Torrence, CA and David M. Burgess of Magnolia, AR. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, 2 brother-in-laws, James Marks of Camden and Bobby Marks and wife Doris of Springdale, AR a sister in law Bonnie Garner and husband Donald of Camden, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Bethesda Cemetery in Camden. Rev. Carl Hart and Rev. Andy Brown will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday from 12-2 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Elliott Baptist Church.
