Wife of Bernard G. Ross
March 29, 1900 - October 31, 1965
Mrs. Sarah Margie Ross, 65, of Rt. 4, El Dorado, died Saturday night in a local hospital following a long illness. Mrs. Ross was born March 28, 1900, in Perry County and was the daughter of D. A. and Dolly Hill Loomis. She had been a resident of Union County since 1932 and was a Baptist. Survivors include a daughter, Miss Lucille Peel of Rt. 4; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Robison of Rt. 4; and a number of Nieces and nephews. Funeral services have been announced for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Rumph Mortuary with the Rev. J. E. Thornton officiating and the Rev. Lester Rhodes assisting. Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery near Camden under direction of Rumph Mortuary. Pallbearers will be Mack Speed, Delbert Snider, Clint Ross, James Edmond Ross, Johnny Adams and P. L. Durham.
