Helen Fincher McAffry, 93, of Tuscumbia, passed away July 1, 2014. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at
Colbert Memorial Chapel. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Lake Village City
Cemetery, Arkansas. Officiating is Dr. Carroll Osburn.
Survivors include son, James "Mac" McAffry (Janice), of Tuscumbia; honorary son, Charlie Smith
(Paulette), of Dardanelle, Arkansas; daughter, Janie Ouei (Ian), of Stamps, Alaska; brother, Dorsey
Fincher (Dollie), of Houston, Texas; sister-in-law, Donna Fincher, of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren,
Christy Glass (Dale), Sally Clark (Hollis), Brionne Ouei (Trish), and Bart McAffry; great-grandchildren,
Beau, Will, Lacey, and Miles; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Special thanks to Hospice of North Alabama, Laura, Nicole, and full staff for love and care show to our
dear mother.
Memorials may be made to the Mission fund at Highland Park Church of Christ.
