Loretta Gateley Woosley was born Feb. 14, 1931 in Campbell, Mo., and passed away May 21, 2022. Preceded in death by her spouse of 54 years, Robert Aaron Woosley, parents John and Lottie Gateley and six siblings. Survived by three children, Martha Woosley Pearson, Robert Jeffrey Woosley, Kristie Woosley Cryer, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Loretta resided in Baton Rouge, La., with her husband. Upon his death, she returned to Searcy, Ark., where she resided for several years prior to her death. There will be a private ceremony where she will be laid to rest beside her husband.
