BALDWIN, Mary Isabel MAXWELL - Funeral services were held for Mrs. Mary Isabel Baldwin, aged 64, Saturday, July the 2nd at the Maxwell home in Sugar Creek valley northeast of Bentonville, the Rev. R.S. Hayden, pastor of the M.E. Church, South, officiating. Burial took place in the Hart cemetery near Vaughn. Mrs. Baldwin was born May 9th, 1868 two miles west of Bentonville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leander Maxwell. She was the sixth of a family of nine members to pass to the Great Beyond. In early young womanhood she was married to Rev. J.W. Baldwin who preceded her in death many years ago. She had been a faithful member of the M.E. Church, South since childhood until the end came. Surviving are a son, Chas. Baldwin, one daughter, Mrs. Maude Forgy; a brother, W.T. Maxwell of Ft. Smith and two sisters, Mrs. Mayhew and Mrs. I.C. Casey of Bentonville.
