BENTONVILLE — Virginia Mae Bush, 68, of Bentonville, died April 24, 2004, at her home. She was born July 20, 1935, in Pea Ridge to Sherman and Mary Pennington Crabtree. She graduated from Bentonville High School in 1953 and was a graduate from Draughn's Business College in Springfield, Mo. She worked for Phillips Petroleum Co., in Bartlesville, Okla.; Department of Human Services in Bentonville; was associated with the Western Auto Store in Bentonville and worked with the Bentonville Public School System. She was also a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling. She was a member of the Bentonville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Carleah Bailey.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, James Vonden Bush of the home; one son, James Steven Busch and wife Tori of Eureka Springs; one daughter, Connie Lynn Bush Delano and husband Randy of Bentonville; three brothers, Jimmie Crabtree of Bentonville, Joe Crabtree of Rogers, Bill Crabtree of Bentonville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Bentonville Church of Christ with Dean Bryce and Walton Hook officiating. Burial will be in the Pea Ridge Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.

Memorial may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 610 E. Emma, Springdale, 72764.

Arrangements are by Stockdale Funeral Services in Rogers.
