*When Frances Monroe Mobley was born on July 9, 1894, in Cadron, Arkansas, his father, Francis, was 44 and his mother, Mary, was 39. He married Martha "Mattie" Lee Hulsey on February 3, 1917, in Pope, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. He died in June 1974 in Pangburn, Arkansas, at the age of 79, and was buried there.
