May 17, 1970 - September 12, 2013
The world was a better place because Jonn Wesly (formerly John Wesley Wilson) was in it. His mother and friends mourn the loss of Jonn, who was born May 17, 1970. He departed from pain September 12, 2013.
Jonn was born and raised in Hampton, Arkansas, (Locust Bayou area) where he attended Hampton schools. He moved to Little Rock in the late 80's where he built a life for himself and found comfort among so many friends who became his family. He was a successful hair stylist with a passion for life, the arts, and hair! Jonn knew how to make a person laugh, smile, and taught us all to listen as friends should.
He leaves behind his mother, Barbara Wilson, from Camden, Arkansas and numerous friends who loved him. He was preceded in death by his devoted, sweet grandmother, Lillie Mulligan, from Camden.
There will be a celebration of life memorial on Saturday, September 28, 2013 between 2:30-5 p.m. at The Public Theater located at 616 Center Street in Little Rock. Memorials, to help toward expenses, may be made to "In Memory of Jonn Wesley" c/o 1020 Beechwood St, Little Rock, Ark. Jonn's ashes will forever rest next to his grandmother in Camden, Arkansas.
