Pauline F. Crook, 82, of Green Cove Springs, died Friday, March 18, 2005, at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville following a brief illness.
She had been a resident of Green Cove Springs for the past year, coming from Gadsden, Ala. She retired from the Arkansas School System after 30 years of service. She enjoyed art and painting. She was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Leo Crook; and one son, Fred Crook.
She is survived by two sons, Dwight Crook of Banks, Ore., and Mickey Crook of Jackson, Tenn.; two daughters, Paula Mardis of Palatka, and Nina Crook of Little Rock, Ark.; sister, Jean Hines of Texas; 17 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be in Henderson Cemetery in Pangburn, Ark.
Masters Funeral Home in Palatka is handling arrangements.
