Carroll R. Campbell, 78, of Benton, passed away May 15, 2020. He was born July 6, 1941, in Casa, Arkansas, to Ezra and Eva Campbell. He was preceded in death by his parents, and great-granddaughter, Lilie Rose Simpson.

Mr. Campbell was a veteran of the Army National Guard. He was a retired machinist and worked at B & B Machine. He loved hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ruth Campbell; three children, Linda Ford, Jerry Rankin and his wife Karen, and Susie Simpson; two brothers, Carl Campbell and Bobby Campbell; three sisters, Linda Hightower, LaVanda Pharris, and LaVonda Brand; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 21, at 2:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Ruth Campbell, 91, of Benton passed away September 27, 2020. She was born August 7, 1929 in Nimrod, Arkansas to Curtis and Helen Flewellen.
Ruth was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to shop and travel.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Jerry Rankin and his wife, Karen; daughters: Susie Simpson and Linda Ford; grandchildren: Jill Rankin, Ross Rankin, Jessica Simpson, and Dalton Simpson; great grandchildren: Enrique Cortez, Ryleigh Rankin, Rhett Rankin, and Anderson England; and sister, Lorene Melton.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Carroll Campbell; and a great granddaughter, Lilie Rose Simpson.

A graveside service will be held 3pm, Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
