Cecilia Samsel Jacoby, 85 of Mountainburg, died Wednesday, March 19. 1997 in a local hospital.
She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Van Buren and Catholic Daughters of America and a homemaker.
She was survived by one son, William Jacoby of Hollywood, Fla; two brothers, Frank Samsel of Temperance, Mich., and Joseph Samsel of Warsaw, N.Y.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
Funeral service was held at St. Michael's Catholic Church with burial at Evergreen Cemetery in Alma.
