Grace Evelyn Elliott, 96, of Dover, died Thursday, October 21, 2004 at 238 Beaumont in Russellville. The daughter of Bob and Mace Estelle Forehand Smith, she was born February 16, 1908 in Dover. She was a member of the Dover United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband L. Otho Elliott, Sr. and her parents, a brother, Freed Smith and two sisters, Blanche Long and Parthena Wait.

Survivors include two sons, Leonard Elliott of Dover, Lynell and Judy Elliott of Dardanelle; three daughters, Freida and Jimmy Davenport of Russellville, Jane and Jimmy Chilton of Dover, Jean Weir of Russellville; five grandchildren, Kyle Elliot of Dardanelle, Brenna Davenport Leigh of Nashville, Bryce Davenport of Russellville, Angie Evans of Dardanelle, Buster Elliott of Dardanelle; six great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; a sister, Lois Milburn of Dover; a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2004 at Dover Methodist Church. Rev. Eddy Howell will officiate and assisted by Rev. Donna Alberts. Burial will be at McFadden at Dover by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be 7-9:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice - Russellville.
