August 11, 1924 - January 23, 2007
William R. "Bill" Taylor, 82, a resident of New Boston, TX formerly of Russellville, died Jan 23, 2007 at the New Boston Healthcare Center.
He was born Aug 11, 1924, in London, AR, to William Thomas and Estelle Archer Taylor. He retired from P.O.M after 39 years and was a member of the Harmony Freewill Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Vera Taylor; a daughter, Marilyn Clubb; and a grandson, James Deaver.
Survivors include 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and David Deaveer of Ft. Smith, and Pat and Clarence Verlon Abram of New Boston, TX; a sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Jim Garris of Waco, TX; and 4 grandchildren, Clay Clubb of Searcy, Aaron Clubb of Springdale, Vicki Owens of Heber Springs and Clinton Abram of New Boston, TX.
