June 22, 1912 - July 29, 2002

Roy Hampton Davis, age 90, of Hector died Monday at Paris Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born June 28, 1912 in Harwood, MO, he was the son of the late Thomas & Elsie Roxanna Stout. He was a retired carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Villa G. Davis.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Johnny Trowbridge of Andover, KS; 2 sons and daughters-in-law,
Darrel E. and Joyce Davis of Russellville, and
Carl Lee and Glenda Davis of Augusta, KS; seven grandchildren,
and seventeen great grandchildren; a sister, Jo Friday of Las Cruces, NM, and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were August 2, 2002 at McFadden Cemetery in Dover by Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle. Brother John McCourt will officiate. Pallbearers were Donny White, Tim Clifford, Shane Chrissup, Mike Ball, Greg Millsaps, Terry Brown.

Villa G. Davis, age 85, of Russellville, AR died May 4, 2000 at the Dardanelle Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Myron and Lea Mae Holden Miller, she was born July 5, 1914 in Nebraska she was a member of the Community Church in Brentwood, AR.
Survivors include her husband, Roy H. Davis of Russellville, AR; two sons and daughters-in-law, Darrell and Joyce Davis of Russellville, AR and Carl and Glenda Davis of Augusta, KS., a daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Johnny Trowbridge of Andover, KS; grandchildren, Kelly and Becky Davis, Hector, Brent and Tinka Davis, Mercer Island, WA, Brian and Lori Davis, Wichita, KS, Tiffany Davis, Russellville, AR, Becky Mason, Andover, KS, Trey and Stacie Trowbridge Andover, KS and Tim and Michelle Davis Augusta, KS 14 great-grandchildren; and two sisters Ina Stout of Elkins and Mildred Stout of Fayetteville.
