CROSSMAN, Loyd - Loyd Crossman, the 16 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Crossman, died Sunday night at eight o'clock at their home near War Eagle. Death was the result of typhoid fever and he had been ill several weeks. Funeral services were held at the home Monday afternoon at four o'clock and he was buried in the War Eagle cemetery. Loyd was one of the younger members of the family and not so well known in Rogers as his older brothers and sisters but he was a bright and manly young fellow and his untimely death is a great blow to the family and to the many friends, both here and at War Eagle. We join with our readers in extending sympathy to Mr. Crossman and family.
