Lisa Renee Pultz, 53, of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord on December 18, 2012. She was born November 4, 1959 in Hot Springs to James and Melba (Hawley) Duncan. Lisa’s son, Aaron called her his queen because she had been a Trojan Homecoming Queen. She was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church. She worked as a secretary for First Baptist Church, Dr. Dowling Stough’s office and Burton-Eisele Clinic. Lisa is predeceased by her father, James Duncan and her sons, Matthew Pultz and Aaron Pultz. Loving survivors include her mother, Melba King, brother, Brett (Darona) Duncan; a niece and nephew; her very special Uncle Joe Duncan, of Virginia; aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Posey officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery. Pallbearers are John Hood, Fred Loyd, Rick Muns, Wayne Duncan, Brian Witt and Steven Sims. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Lawrence Dodd and staff, Dr. Izrees Mogri, Dorothy Teague, Crystal Harvey and family, Ginger and Bruce Diggs, Jean Elder and family, Rogie and Sandra Huchingson, Carol and Bonnie Hawley, Betty and Helen Parker, Danny and Karli Sheets, Community Counseling Day Treatment and Dr. K. Vest, Jeff Pultz and Tony Pultz. The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Diane Bodemann and the entire staff at Mercy Internal Medicine for the many years of special care given Lisa.
