PANAMA, Okla. — Charles B. Gann, 80, of Panama, Okla., died Saturday, Aug. 14, 1999, at his home. He was a member of Flowerhill Pentecostal Church in Spiro, Okla., was owner/operator of Sunset Home Furnishing and Sunset Satellite Service, was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars in Spiro.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren. Burial will be at Mt. McCurry Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Ganns of the home; three daughters, Betty Foster of Indianapolis, Wilma Davis of Crawfordville, Ind., and Michelle Jack of Panama, Okla.; five sons, Jim Gann of Sterling, Okla., Warren Gann of Lebanon, Ind., Charles D. Gann of Spiro, Okla., and Samuel Gann of Stigler; two sisters, Ernestine Johnson of New Castle, Ind., and Camella Shoop of California; three brothers, Sam Gann and Lee Gann, both of New Castle, Ind., and Wayne Gann of Tucson, Ariz.; 32 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.

Mildred Mae Gann, 73 of Stigler, Oklahoma died Wednesday, June 3, 2009 in her home. She was born on Thursday, February 27, 1936. She was former owner/opoerator of a furniture store, a resident of Stigler, Oklahoma and of the Pentecostal Faith.
She is survived by seven sons, Jim Gann of Colorado, Warren Gann and Gerry Gann both of IN, Harold Petty and Keith Adams both of TX, Charles Gann and Samuel Gann both of OK; four daughters, Wilma Smoker and Betty Foster both of IN, Terri Brown of TX and Michelle Jack of OK; nineteen grandchildren and several great and great great grandchidren; one sister, Sarah Phillips of Van Buren; three brothers, Buddy Burkhart of Van Buren, Virgil Burkhart of TX and Dennis Burkhart of Colorado.
Graveside service was held on Saturday, June 6, 2009, at Mt. McCurry Cemetery, in Rudy, Arkansas.
