MULDROW — Bertha Nola Cook, 70, of Muldrow died Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at her home. She was a retired employee of Whirlpool Corp. in Fort Smith and of the Pentecostal faith. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mount McCurry Cemetery at Rudy under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. She is survived by her husband, Cletus; three daughters, Gail Thacker and Diann Spiros, both of Texarkana, Ark., and Andrea Williams of Fort Smith; a son, Jerry Garner of Muldrow; a brother, Charles Perryman of Rudy; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
