February 20, 1939 - July 1, 1997
When Ruth Edwina Hobson was born on February 20, 1939, in Richland, Arkansas, her father, Rufus, was 46, and her mother, Media, was 41. She married Mac Arthur Coppinger on January 14, 1961, in Van Buren, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. She died on July 1, 1997, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the age of 58, and was buried in Rudy, Arkansas.
She is survived by a daughter, Teresa Branders of Harrison; and a son, Steven Coppinger of Fayetteville and four grandchildren.
