July 28, 1944 - August 13, 1972
Mrs. Dorothy Jean Allen, 28, wife of Forest T. Allen of East Camden, died Sunday night in a local hospital. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Lisa Marie, two sons, Tracy and Troy, all of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. V. Keeling of Louann; two brothers, Leon Keeling of Shreveport, La., and Edwin Keeling of Fort Worth, Tex., two sisters, Mrs. Barbara Ann Brumley of El Dorado, and Mrs. Wyonna Hodges of Hamburg, her grandparents, Elder and Mrs. J. R. Cecil of Hamburg, and H. L. Keeling of Rogers. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Unity Baptist Church in Camden. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery at Louann, under the direction of Camden Funeral Service. Pallbearers will include Charles Hayes, Jesse Hayes, Melvin T. Wood, Ronnie Norris, Troy Norris and Donald Stone. (Camden News - August 15, 1972)
