Rogers - Mrs. Ella May Richards Skaggs, 87, died Feb. 28. She was born Aug. 23, 1887 at Parsons, Kan. and was a member of the Methodist Church and the auxiliary to the Spanish American War Veterans.
Survivors include five sons, Thomas A. of Rogers, E. M. of Lowell, H. L. of Bay Pines, Fla. Alfred of Ventura, Calif. and Lonnie of Bend, Ore.; one daughter, Mrs. Naomi Faye Baker; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Foore of Kansas City; 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements will be announced by the Callison-Funeral Home.
