Patricia Joan Coleman 68, passed away Thursday May 28, 2015. She was born June 4,1946 in St Louis, Missouri. She is preceded in death by her parents, Eunice M. Coleman and Clifford L. Coleman; son, Clifford William Glen McMilian; grandparents, General Sherman and Lucy Holmes Moore; aunts, Dorothy Davis, Jewel Golden, Imogene Hughen; uncles, Paul Moore, Doyle Moore, Douglas "Whitey" Coleman, Laudell Coleman, Donald Lee Golden and Bill Fentress. She is survived by her daughter, Carlee (Mark) Wingfield of Arkadelphia; grandchildren, Chelsey Pierce, Cassidy Hampton (Matt Flavin), Tyler (Ashley) Hampton, all of Hot Springs; great grandchildren, Colton Pierce, Addison Martin and Gavin Presley Hampton; uncles, Olen Coleman of Texas, Harry Fentress of Oklahoma; aunts, Shirley Ramsey and Barbara Saunders of Arizona and Ruby Caples of St. Louis, Missouri ; cousins, Lee Ann Neville of Missouri, Pat Moore of New York, Vicki Akins of Hot Springs and many more aunts, uncles and cousins with whom she spent much of her youth. Joan was retired but had many different careers in her life. She was involved in theater work designing sets and costumes. She enjoyed arts, traveling and spending time with family. Pallbearers will be Steve Nolen, Lonnie Chambers, Jason Akins, Tyler Hampton, Matt Flavin, and Brandon Wensel. Special thanks to the National Park Med-Surg nursing staff and the Pines Nursing and Rehab. Visitation will Sunday, May 31, 2015 from 4:00-6:00pm at Gross Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday, June 1, 2015 at 2:00pm at Gross Funeral Home with burial to follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
