*Obituary
Rebecca Clark Ward, 76 of Lake Charles, Louisiana died in Lake Charles.
She was a retired medical secretary and house mother at Louisiana State University and Tulane University. She was a native of Van Buren and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Lake Charles.
She was survived by two daughters, Leslye Quinn of Lake Charles and Eve Jo Mertena of Seattle, Wash.; two sons, Darrel of Lake Charles and Thomas of Stover, MO; 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in the Hixson Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Charles. Graveside services were at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, Arkansas.
