Katherine Marion Wells, 93 of Van Buren passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017 in a local hospital. She was a secretary for AOG in Fort Smith. She was an avid bridge player and she loved gardening and flowers. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Troy and Estella (Fordham) Marion.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 6, 2017 at Gracelawn Cemetery Arbor in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Pinkerton of Winslow, Arizona, Sheila Atchison and husband, Jim of Van Buren; one son, David Wells and wife, Mary of Rogers, Arkansas; one brother, Robert Marion and wife, Anne of Van Buren; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and one great – great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
