Ines Lorene Lambert Fendley, 91, of Hot Springs died Tuesday February 14, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 14, 1920 to the late Henry Alford & Lura Lottie Massey Lambert at Valley Township, Hot Springs County.
She finished 8th grade in a one-room school house at Point Cedar and she was a member of Harvey's Chapel Baptist Church. Ines was a partner for many years with her husband, Henry with the Fendley Fence Co.
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband of 59 years, Henry Olen Fendley, 1 son, Olen Fendley, Jr. sisters, Ruthie Currington & Harriet DeRose and 3 grandchildren.
Survivors include her children: Stephen E. (Cathy) Fendley, D. Ellen Howe-Fehler, Rodger D. (Micci) Fendley, Joyce L. (A.B.,II) Wood and David W. (Heather) Fendley, sister-in-law, Pearl Fendley , brother-in-law Charlie DeRose, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends Melinda & Terry Johnson.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thurs. at Gross Funeral Home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Joe Thompson and Dr. Paul Smith officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Louis Fendley, Chris Fendley, Gordon Fendley, Gary Fendley, Justin Oliver and Taylor Smallwood.
Honorary pallbearers are Clarence Hill, Dr. Scott Erwin, Dierksen Hospice Staff and NPMC nurses and staff.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Harvey's Chapel Baptist Church, Mountain Pine.
