Louise PENNINGTON

Memorial Gardens Cemetery
Garland County,
Arkansas

April 16, 1926 - November 18, 2018

Louise Pennington, 92, passed peacefully November 18, 2018. She was born in Hot Springs to the late Albert and Susie Pasley Mullings.
In 1944 while working at McClard’s BBQ, Louise met a young Navy carpenter, Sam Pennington. It was the beginning of a love story. The story included Louise’s young daughter, Jo Ann, whom Sam loved from the beginning as his own. They had 59 years of family, faith and friendship.

Sam greeted Louise in Heaven with their pups, Nick and McKreaver.

In this season of acknowledging blessings, Jo Ann (Ben) O’Neal is so thankful to have had her beautiful momma and best friend with her for so much of her life. Sam and Ben O’Neal, IV will miss their Grannie, but know she is in Heaven tending a flower garden or crocheting a delicate doily. Sharron Lloyd, who was like a daughter to Louise, hopes there’s enough birdseed in Heaven to feed all her feathered favorites.

Louise was dearly loved and will be missed.
