Vanessa Renee Fulton was born May 23, 1973 in Caruthersville, Missouri to the late Dianna Simmons. She departed this life on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dianne Simmons, brothers; Cedric Harris and Eugene Harris, Jr., and grandmother; Minnie Mae Simmons.

Ms. Fulton served as the Access Coordinator of the Multiple Myeloma Clinic at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she retired after twenty years of employment.

In her spare time she enjoyed being with her loving children and spoiling her grandchildren. Vanessa always offered a helping hand to anyone in need. In addition, she was willing to lend words of wisdom to all.

Vanessa leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters; Monique Harris and Kiara Fulton, one son; Andra’ Williams, father; Eugene Harris(Gloria), two brothers; Dewayne and Maurice Harris, two grandchildren; Jahleel Conway and Zoey Harris, a nephew; Daegan Harris, and a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Jacksonville. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park. A wake will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home & Crematory (501) 982-2136.
