Joyce “Nonnie” Ringer, 88, of Royal went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. She was born on April 30, 1931 in Union County, Arkansas to the late Louie and Mary Lou Murray Langley. She was of the Catholic faith and was a Physical Therapy Technician.

She was predeceased by her children’s father, Leo J. Moix, her siblings, Marguerite Boutwell, Dorothy Loftin, Marie Wilson and Lavelle Langley, one son and daughter-in-law, Barney Moix (Carol) and one grandson, Jacob Wilson.

Survivors include three siblings, Ruth Tibbs, Delton Langley and Larry Langley (Sharon), her children, Cecilia Jones, Cathy Miner (Frank), Paula Langley (Paul), Pam Hall, Pete Moix (Myra) and Lucy Wilson (Denver) eighteen grandchildren, Scott, Sheri, Brandon, Ryan, Brian, Becky, Beth, Bobby, Jackie, Charity, Nikki, Amber, David, Chris, Bradley, Moriah, Dennis and Traci, thirty-six great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Hot Springs Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 P.M. in the Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Teddy Frye officiating.

Pallbearers will be David Hall, Dennis Wilson, Chris Moix, Bradley Moix, Brian Moix, Brandon Jones, Scott Jones and Ryan Jones.

Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
