Patsy Jean Fletcher was born September 15, 1942 in Camden, Arkansas to Elisha and Verdana Foreman. She passed away on Tuesday, January
19, 2021 at Ouachita County Medical Center.


Patsy attended Lafayette School. She was a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church. Patsy was united in holy matrimony to
Johnnie Fletcher in 1959, and to this union three children were born. Patsy was a strong, outspoken woman who enjoyed life and loved spending time with her family. She worked at General Dynamics until retirement. She also devoted much of her time to working at “The Wheel” for many years until her health started failing her.


She is preceded in death by her husband—Johnnie Fletcher; her parents—Elisha and Verdana Foreman; two brothers—Elisha Foreman, Jr. and Joe Willie Foreman; two sisters—Alice Phillips and Myrtle Franklin.


She leaves to cherish her loving memories her children—John C. Fletcher, Johnny Maurice (Ellen) Fletcher, and Estacio Fletcher all of Camden, Arkansas; one sister—Inetha Armstrong of Camden, Arkansas; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews,cousins, friends, and loved ones.

Rev. Grady Renix will be officiating the service.
