Viva Gertrude Goines, 93, of Alma died Saturday, March 9, 2002, at a local hospital.
She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and a lifelong resident of Crawford County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.G. Houck.
Survivors include a son, Lee Thomas Houck of Tacoma, Wash.; a brother, Oran Ball of Missouri; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held March 12 at Concord Baptist Church.
Burial was at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Pallbearers were Daniel Houck, Garrett Houck, Scott Houck, Glenn Houck, Robert Houck and Kevin Linton.
