Faye Louise Ames, 73, of Van Buren died Friday, June 8, 2012, in a local hospital.
She was retired from the Area Agency on Aging, was of the Baptist faith. She was a longtime resident of this area.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ames; both parents, Bud Reynolds and Faye Smith; two brothers, Kenneth and Wayne Reynolds; and a nephew, Kenneth Ray Reynolds.
She is survived by two sisters-in-law, Anita Reynolds of Fort Smith and Ruby Reynolds of Barling; three nephews, Larry Reynolds of Barling and Ricky and Danny Reynolds; one niece, Debbie Revelle and husband Don of Bentonville; one great-nephew, Jonathan Revelle of Dallas; and two great-nieces, Christy Williams and husband Jay of Van Buren and Samantha Wagner and husband Tyler of Lavaca.
Graveside service will be 9 a.m. Tuesday at Gracelawn Cemetery arbor under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
