August 9, 1930 - April 29, 2013
Earldene Edwards Andrews, 82, of Hot Springs passed away Monday April 29, 2013 in a local hospital.
She was born August 9, 1930 in Hot Springs, AR to the late John G. “Gippie” Edwards and Ida Flora (Ketchum) Edwards.
Earldene was preceded in death by two brothers, one half-brother, two sisters and one half-sister.
Earldene graduated from Lake Hamilton High School in 1950. She was an avid basketball player for the Wolves. She was a retired bookkeeper with Elliott Butane Company.
She is survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, friends and caregivers.
A loving thank you to all the caregivers of Village Manor, Bismarck, Montgomery County Nursing Home, Mt. Ida, and Mercy Hospital, 4th Floor-West Staff, Hot Springs.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Highway 70 West and officiated by Brother Russ Norman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Montgomery County Nursing Home, P.O. Box 1208, Mt. Ida, AR 71957.
