Lewis Henry Pratt age 86 of Haynesville, LA, formerly of Junction City passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at his residence, just two days shy of his 87th birthday. Lewis was born on February 24, 1933 in El Dorado, AR to the late Beatrice Henderson Pratt and Gene Pratt. He attended Junction City High School and was a US Army Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict Era. Lewis was a member of Haynesville Church of Christ and was a retired Field Foreman, serving 32 plus years with Amoco Production Company. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and raising a garden, from which he was fondly known as "Green Man".
Lewis was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jean Gillespie.
Survivors include; his wife, Nellie Faye Pratt of Haynesville; two sons, Lynn Pratt and wife Mindy of Tyler, TX, and Gary Pratt and wife Kelly of Broken Arrow, OK; four grandchildren, Van Pratt of Ada, OK, Sydney Pratt of Tulsa, OK, Ryan Pratt of Houston, TX and Katie Pratt of Dallas, TX; one great grandson, Grayson Pratt of Houston; one brother, Jimmy Pratt of Junction City.
Graveside memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Olive Branch Cemetery near Junction City, with Bro. Andrew Abshire officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Regional Hospice of Minden, LA.
Cremation arrangements provided by Bailey Funeral Home.
