June 15, 1942 - December 27, 2012
Grace Jane Stites, 70, of Fort Smith passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at a local hospital.
She was a lifelong residence of this area and of the Protestant faith.
She was preceded in death by her brothers James Weaver, Otis Landers, Jr. and Robert Landers; a sister Patsy Garrison.
She is survived by one daughter Lynn Burton of Fort Smith; four sons Michael Stites of Van Buren, Larry Stites of Blythville and William Burrell and Randy Gene Stites both of Fort Smith; one sister Lena Mae Landers of Quapaw, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Newberry Cemetery in Alma under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Larry Burton, Jr., Larry Stites, William Stites, Michael Stites, Randy Stites and Martin Jamison.
