April 26, 1936 - July 4, 2012
Paul Franklin Flanagan, 76, of Rudy died Wednesday, July 4, 2012, in a local hospital.
He was born April 26, 1936.
He was a retired printer for Weldon, Williams & Lick in Fort Smith and attended Beyond Church in Alma.
Graveside service will be 9 a.m. Monday at Newberry Cemetery in Alma under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Alma.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; three daughters, Paula Bray of Baldwin Park, Calif., Deborah Smith of Alma and Carolyn Medeiros of Rudy; a son, Robert Flanagan of Rudy; a sister, Sheron Styron of Texas; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Gabriel, Michael, Troy and Lonnie Flanagan, Doc Bray, Joseph and Steven Medeiros, Brock Smith and Patrick Poynor.

March 25, 1937 - February 12, 2021
Barbara Sue Flanagan, 83, of Rudy, AR passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021 at a local nursing home.
Barbara was born March 25, 1937 in Fort Smith to John Thomas and Elizabeth Secrest. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Paul F. Flanagan.
She was a homemaker and attended Beyond Church. Her greatest desire in life was for her family to know Jesus and she saw that fulfilled in her life.
Survivors include daughters, Paula Bray and husband Robert of Baldwin Park, CA, Deborah Smith and husband Larry and Carolyn Medeiros and husband Patrick all of Rudy; son, Robert Flanagan and wife Lucille of Rudy; sisters Sandra Mitchell, Shugie Scroggin and Karen Carney; brothers, Tommy and Bobby Secrest; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10:30 AM Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Newberry Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Pallbearers will be Gabriel Flanagan, Michael Flanagan, Troy Flanagan, Lonny Flanagan, Brock Smith, Joseph Medeiros, Steven Medeiros and Doc Bray.
