Mae Gilliam, 93, of Mountainburg died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab in Siloam Springs.
Born July 20, 1919, in Cecil, she was the daughter of Jess Sylvester Wesson and Minnie Bell Wesson.

She lived in Fort Smith for 30 years, then in Mountainburg for 28 years. She was a baker for Grand Bakery in Fort Smith.

Mae was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include three daughters, Dwanda Sue Vaughn of Mountainburg, Judy Kay Davis of Van Buren and Linda Gail Bolin of Mountainburg; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Pigeon Creek Freewill Baptist Church in Mountainburg with Pastor Justin Allen officiating. Mae will be laid to rest at Eubanks Cemetery, near Cecil.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home Inc. in Siloam Springs.
