Reverend Rudolph D. Winborn, 94, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017 in a local hospital.

He was born August 19, 1922 in Crawford County, Arkansas to the late Clarence and Hannah (Johnson) Winborn.

He was a retired Alma Postmaster, a retired Baptist Minister and a U. S. Navy Veteran of World War II.

He was also preceded in death by his son, Rudy Winborn; his first wife, Delta Winborn and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in Bolton Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Survivors include his wife, Bernice Winborn of the home; one step daughter, Lesia London of Van Buren; two step sons, Glenn Dunn of Van Buren and John Dunn of Fort Smith; a special daughter-in-law, Jeanne Winborn of Alma; 3 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren and 3 great- great- grandchildren; 5 step- grandchildren, 6 step -great grandchildren and 2 step- great -great -grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Brett Winborn, Fred Ward, Brandon Dehart, Zachary Pettigrew, Lloyd Overbey, Cole Winborn and Freddy Ward.
