The son of Velt and Oma Kelley Shepherd.He was a christian and a Navy Veteran of World War II.
He was retired from Beaver Water District in Lowell.
He is survived by his wife Kay Shepherd of the home;three sons, Ray Shepherd of San Antonia,Tx.
Sheldon Shepherd of Bedford,Tx. and John Shepherd of
Springdale; two daughters, Resa Loman of McLoud,Ok.
and Renee Cain of Springdale; two brothers, A.K. Shepherd and Randall Shepherd both of Bidville; five sisters, Lora Mullen of Elkins, Brownie Mullen of Mountain Crest, Velta
Brady and Gayle Parker, both of Springdale and Linda Basham of Miami, Fl. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great,great grandchild.
