1886 - 1956
Mrs. Henry E. Phillips, formerly of Camden died in a hospital in Meridian, Miss. Tuesday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Phillips operated a grocery store on Center St. for many years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Camden. She is survived by two daughters, Miss Ruth Phillips and Miss Lois Phillips, both of Hyattsville, Maryland, one son, Paul Phillips of Albany, N.Y. Funeral services will be held Friday 2:30 p.m. at the First Methodist Church with Rev. Francis A Buddin and Rev. Neill W. Hart, officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood cemetery with Proctor Funeral Home in charge. The body will arrive in Camden 6:20 a.m. Thursday and will remain at the Funeral Home until funeral time.
