Ralph Doyle Johnston, 83, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away on Friday, March 1, 2013 in a local hospital.
He was born November 19, 1929 in , AR to the late Ruben Doven and Edna Hellen (Poore) Johnston.
He was a retired machinist for the Duncan Industries where he worked for 30 years, a U. S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War and attended Chester Freewill Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by his wife, Audria G. Johnston; one daughter, Debrah Ann Johnston; two brothers, Donald Ray and Red Dean Johnston; one sister, Dorothy Mae Hodges and one granddaughter.
Survivors include his three daughters, Debrah Salge of Sinton, TX, Diana White of Frisco, TX and Denise Salinas of Corpus Christi, TX; four sons, Roger Johnston of Glendora, CA, Rick Johnston and Chris Johnston both of Denver, CO and Richard Gross of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; one brother, Robert Don Johnston of Mountainburg, AR.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the Chester Freewill Baptist Church with the Reverend Herb Wages officiating. Interment will be in Vaught Cemetery.

Audria G. Johnston, 69, of Mountainburg died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She was born Nov. 21, 1930, in Gore.
She was a homemaker and attended Chester Freewill Baptist Church.
Funeral was 10 a.m. Monday at Chester Freewill Baptist Church with burial at Vaught Cemetery in Mountainburg under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Alma.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph; three daughters, Debrah Salge of Sinton, Texas, Diana White of Frisco, Texas, and Denise Salinas of Corpus Christi, Texas; four sons, Richard Gross of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Roger Johnston of Glendora, Calif., and Rick and Chris Johnston, both of Denver; a sister, Della Minor of Warner, Okla.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Robert Salge, Jeff White, Mario Salinas, Roger, Rich and Chris Johnston and Todd Lowry.
