Ronald "Ronnie" Rex Cooper, 58 of Bee Branch, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on July 19, 1949 to Ruth (Jones) Cooper and the late Ernest Rex Cooper. Ronnie was a loving husband, father and grandfather whose family meant everything to him. Ronnie was a member of Clinton United Methodist Church and lived his life as a Christian example to all around him. He loved being with his grandchildren, listening to all types of music, the outdoors, attending Razorback football games with his family, watching his cattle dogs and playing golf. Ronnie graduated from Arkansas State University with a BS in Agricultural Sciences. He was the Manager of Harmony Meadows Ranch in Bee Branch, a member of the Cattleman's Association and a Gideon.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years Cindy (Long) Cooper; his previously mentioned mother; two sons: Justin and wife Tracy of Greenbrier, and Matt and wife Pam of Russellville; four grandchildren: Chapman, Daniel, Baylor and Macy; two brothers: Gary and Tim Cooper both of Everton, AR and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A private family interment service will be held at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, in Wooster, AR. The Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 16, 2008, at Clinton United Methodist Church. Family visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, AR. Memorials may be made to Cancer Research at U.A.M.S.
