Graveside services for Rosemary Corley will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Needs Creek Cemetery in Greenbrier, Arkansas with bro. T.J. Davidson officiating.
Rosemary Corley was born December 31, 1932 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Fred G. Lemon and Edith Florence (Morris) Lemon. She passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020 in Okemah, Oklahoma at the age of 87.
Rosemary grew up in the Little Rock, Arkansas area and was a graduate of North Little Rock High School. She later worked many years as a secretary in different fields including, the Lighthouse for the Blind, The Children’s Hospital and Arkansas University Hospital. In 1985 she moved to the Okemah area where she worked as a secretary for the Okfuskee County Commissioner’s Office and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Gary Lemon and husbands, Glendon Mills, Carl Elms and Dan Corley.
She is survived by her step-son, Monty Corley and wife Amy of Shawnee, Oklahoma; step-daughters, Cindy Peace and husband Bobby of Havana, Illinois and Melissa King and husband William of Shawnee, Oklahoma and her sister, Virginia Henry and husband Zeke of Welty, Oklahoma
Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Okemah, Oklahoma.
