Johnnie Edward Allen, 57, died Thursday in a Fort Smith, Arkansas hospital. He was a resident of Chester, Arkansas a veteran of World War II, and pastor of the New Sulfur Freewill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; one sister Vera; and two brothers.
Funeral was held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Chester Freewill Baptist Church with burial in Vaught Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home.
