Cameron Lee Weir, 84 of Walnut Ridge, died March 7, 2022, at his residence following a lengthy illness.
Born September 16, 1937, in Walnut Ridge; son of the late, Sloan and Rubye Teel Weir. He was united in marriage to Sharon Self on August 9, 1969. He was a Journeyman for Arkansas Glass Company and a Jack of All Trades. Cameron enjoyed the outdoors, watching Nascar, and rooting for his favorite teams, the Razorbacks and Cardinals. He loved his family and was very active and proud of his granddaughter.
He is preceded by his parents; his wife, Sharon in 2016; his daughter, Rochelle (Shelly) Weir; one sister, Bonnie Lindsey; and two infant siblings, Robert and Betty Weir.
Survivors include his daughter, Deanna (Will) Roberts of Hoxie; one granddaughter, Baylee Rash of Hoxie; one grandson, Ethan Roberts of Hoxie; two brothers, Charles Weir of Little Rock and Riley (Kathy) Weir of Bono; two sisters, Frances (Jim) Green of Hoxie and Ruth Anne (Dan) Brand of Shirley, AR; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 2 P.M. in the Lawrence Memorial Park with Rev. Dan Brand and Bro. Terry Ring officiating. Pallbearers will be his family and friends.

Sharon Kay Weir, 68 of Walnut Ridge, passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 in Searcy.
Born August 7, 1947 in Newport, daughter of the late Howard (Mutt) and Imogen Street Self. Sharon was united in marriage to Cameron Weir on August 9, 1969. She was a loving mother, homemaker, Nurses Aid, Respiratory Therapist and a Greeter at Pocahontas’ Walmart.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, May Katherine Self; one daughter, Rochelle (Shelly) Weir and one son-n-law, Jason Rash.
Survivors include her husband Cameron of the home; one daughter, Deanna Rash of Hoxie; one granddaughter, Baylee Rash of Hoxie; and many other relatives and friends.
Rev. Dan Brand, Bro. Gregg Cooper and Bro. Rick Hart officiating.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
